The focus of my actions is: Creating added value for customers and their customers.

I advise, support and accompany companies in change processes - for example when a change of management is imminent, a financial crisis is to be averted or a change in management culture is sought.

Whether a group or medium-sized company: the methodology is always carefully set up. The target direction is developed using the Hoshin Kanri process, the management system and processes are aligned accordingly, and the change is made measurable through the shop floor management in the entire work system. Activating and developing people in their various roles is another important basis for the changes to have a lasting effect.

Sustainability here means that a work system without external or internal help is methodically fit and independently capable of improving every day for the benefit of the customer and the company. Ideally, my work in your company will make myself redundant.

Lean strategies
The analysis is the basis for determining the measures. In the analysis, facts are developed that provide information about the problem situation and size.
Leadership has only one purpose: to serve the company and create added value for the customer and the company.
